"X Meraty" follows the story of a married psychiatrist named "Youssef," who faces many problems with his wife.

Youssef discovers after issuing a psychological report to release a dangerous criminal from prison that this criminal is his wife's ex-husband, "Sahar," and the father of her son. Their lives are turned upside down, leading to a series of humorous events and dramatic situations.
